Approve posts, image formats, reels and the posting pack. Creating an approval link. Open the post and choose the “Approval link” area. Click “Create approval link”. Click “Copy link” and send the link to your client. What your client sees. Your client opens the link — no account, no sign-in. They see every version on the phone and write what should change. “Request changes” sends the feedback to you. Creating a new link or deactivating the link. Open the “Approval link” area. Click “Deactivate link”. Confirm the question “Deactivate the approval link now? Anyone who has it won’t see the post any more.” Fill or Fit. Open the “Network formats” area. Under “Type”, choose “Fill” or “Fit”. With Fill, choose “Top”, “Centre” or “Bottom” under “Focus”. Under “Type”, choose “Fill” or “Fit”. Creating formats. Open the “Network formats” area. Choose type, focus and formats. Click “Create formats”. At the top it says, for example, “12 files are ready.” The card lines. Open the “Reel, your short video” area. Write the lines in the field or click “Lines from Kenji”. Read the lines and adjust them. Creating the reel. Choose a style. Check the card lines. Click “Create reel”. The video appears below. Downloading or passing on the reel. Below the reel you find “Download” and “Share”. On a phone, “Share” hands the video to an app — if your browser can’t share files, it tells you. Downloading the pack. Open the “Posting pack” area. Choose the networks and what to include. Click “Download ZIP”. Putting the pack in your BusinessCloud. Open the “Posting pack” area and choose the networks and what to include. Click “Put in BusinessCloud”. Click “Open folder” — or open the folder later in your BusinessCloud. Copying a version. Open “Your templates” and choose the network at the top. Click “Copy”. Paste the text into the network. Marking as posted. Open the version in “Your templates”. Tick “Posted”.
