Choose the tool you need — it opens in a new tab. Press “Esc” or click outside to close the overview again. Appearance, accessibility and language. Click your profile picture at the top right and choose “Appearance and accessibility”. Click the theme you want, for example “Dark theme” — it applies at once. Switch on the “Dyslexia font” if you need it. Signing out. Click your profile picture at the top right. Choose “Log out”. Uploading files and creating folders. Open “Files” in BusinessCloud. Click “New” and choose “New folder”. Enter a name under “Folder name”, for example “Suppliers”, and click “Create”. Open the new folder, click “New” again and choose “Upload files”. Under “External shares”, next to “Create public link”, click the plus (“Create a new share link”). Copy the link with the copy icon beside it and paste it into your message. For a password or an expiry date, open the three dots on the link and choose “Customize link”. Open “Advanced settings”, tick the boxes and click “Update share”. Bringing back earlier versions. Click the three dots next to the file and choose “Details”. Switch to the “Versions” tab. Open the menu of the version you want and choose “Restore version”. Bringing back deleted items.
