Lena: Adjust the brakes. Adjust the brakes. Lena: Once as a quote. Once as an invoice. Quote accepted – now type it all again for the invoice? With Invoice, one click turns the quote into a draft invoice. Under “Documents”, click “Convert to invoice” on the quote – the invoice draft appears at the top. Lena: And I'll only repair you once too. Your quote is done – and so is your invoice draft. Lena: Brakes? We know those already. Ana: Do you have to describe the work again? The same job again – and you type it out every time? With Invoice, you set up services once and add them to new documents. Under “Services”, enter description, unit and price – then “Add service”. In a new document, “Choose from services” – set the quantity, done. Lena: I still remember your nickname too. Describe it once. Bill it again and again. Ana: Does it speak two languages now? Hanne: The document should suit the customer. A customer abroad – and they can't read your invoice? With Invoice, you write documents in their language and currency. Add your customer under “Customers” – then the invoice can be in Spanish or in pounds. Hanne: It just has to arrive in one piece. Twelve languages, 55 currencies – an invoice that fits. Ana: I've already got off. Lena: Then take the other way. Typing out an IBAN – and two digits get swapped? With Invoice, your euro invoices carry a QR code for banking apps. The PDF has a QR code. “Scan QR code” – IBAN and amount are in. Ana: Then I'd rather get back on. Scan, don't type – your customer still confirms the payment. Lena: So where's the money? Ana: That one won't talk. Who still owes you money – and since when? Invoice keeps track for you – who has paid and who hasn't. The “Overview”: what's open, what's overdue, and the average days until payment. Lena: At least now I know where to look. Know where your money is.
