One article, several channels: what to keep and what to rewrite

A useful social post does more than announce that a new article exists.

A different post for every channel

Ana: You sound different every time. Tobias: The networks are different too. Rewriting the same post for every network? In SocialStudio, write once – our AI Kenji drafts twelve versions for you to adjust. Open the post, “Tailor for all networks” – a version for each network, here Instagram. Ana: Here this will do: coffee, please. Write once. The right version for every network.

A useful social post does more than announce that a new article exists. It gives a reader a small result: a question to ask, a mistake to notice, a short checklist, or an exercise they can try.

Start with a finished, checked article. Mark the parts that deliver those results. Do not ask a new system to invent supporting facts just to fill the social calendar.

Extract useful units

Suppose an article explains an ai handover. Four standalone posts might cover the five handover fields, the difference between facts and assumptions, a source row, and a missing-information rule. Each answers a different small question.

Keep the original evidence attached to each unit. A short post can lose an important qualification when the text is compressed.

Give every post its own job

Use this planning card:

Reader problem: the next assistant does not know what to do. Useful result: a five-line handover structure. Format: a short checklist. Evidence: the checked article and example packet. Optional next step: the full explanation.

The reader should receive the promised checklist without opening the article. The link provides depth rather than withholding the answer.

Adapt the delivery

Choose a format appropriate to the channel and idea. A sequence may suit a carousel; a focused question may suit text; a visible procedure may suit a short video. Check the current channel requirements before preparing files or promising a particular sharing route.

Rewrite the opening for the situation instead of copying the article headline everywhere. Keep the meaning and necessary boundaries stable across versions.

Review the short version independently

Compare each statement with the article. Ask whether shortening changed a conditional example into a universal promise. Inspect any link, image description, or spoken line separately.

KENJTEC SocialStudio ai can prepare network-specific text versions from a contribution, but those versions still need review. It does not publish them for you. Whatever tools you use, make the final post useful on its own and keep the human publication step visible in the plan.
